Daniel 7:25
7:25 He will speak words against the Most High.
He will harass 1 the holy ones of the Most High continually.
His intention 2 will be to change times established by law. 3
They will be delivered into his hand
For a time, times, 4 and half a time.

22 and blasphemies, and he was permitted
23 to exercise ruling authority

25 the beast
26 opened his mouth to blaspheme against God – to blaspheme both his name and his dwelling place,
27 that is, those who dwell in heaven.
Wahyu 16:9
16:9 Thus
28 people
29 were scorched by the terrible heat,
30 yet
31 they blasphemed the name of God, who has ruling authority
32 over these plagues, and they would not repent and give him glory.
